Assets - we have the right to sell any custom asset made unless requested as "Private". *Fee may apply.

Commission Details - you MUST have a DETAILED (Turn around, color codes, etc) reference sheet for projects or subject to our own interpretation

Posting - All work we do may be posted to Social media upon completion unless discussed otherwise. *We do request credit of work mentioned

Deadlines/Queue -Deadlines and positions in Queue are subject to change from Comm to Comm and personal circumstances, the client will be notified of any changes. (We give a week grace period after delivery for fixes and troubleshooting with no extra charge.)

Payments - All sales must be done through V-gen, all sales are Final. Commission Over $500 are eligible to be split payments. If unhappy about end result of product a redo/alteration can be discussed *Fee may be added. (Files will not be given to clients until full payment has been completed)

Alterations - Mid commission alterations are allowed but are subject to an additional fee.

Glorification or association of violence, terrorism, hate speech and violent extremism towards any specific person, group or brand especially communities of minorities.

Sexualized depiction of an underage (under 18 years of age) person or character. This also includes adult real life people or characters who are modelled after children or catering towards the sexualization of minors.

Any assets provided are stolen/Ripped from other creators. (receipts are required)
